At Açaí Verão, we implement a strict supplier approval process for all pulp used in our production. After a thorough selection of suppliers, we conduct regular on-site audits at their facilities and production plants, following established criteria in accordance with international standards. This rigorous approach ensures that every batch of raw material meets our high quality and safety requirements, reinforcing our commitment to excellence and consistency in all our products.

Our 800m² manufacturing facility operates under the highest standards of quality and hygiene, ensuring that every stage of production is carefully monitored and controlled. We adhere to strict international protocols and are backed by globally recognized certifications, including FDA, Kosher and Organic, which guarantee compliance with the requirements of both the United States and the European Union. This commitment not only ensures food safety and consistency but also reflects our dedication to delivering products of exceptional quality to customers worldwide.

To ensure an exceptionally creamy texture and maintain the highest quality standards, we have invested in a state-of-the-art, high-capacity cryogenic wind tunnels. These advanced equipments fully freezes the açaí mix within just six hours, effectively preserving the fruit’s natural nutritional values and preventing the formation of ice crystals.

High-Capacity Production, Flexible for Growth

With a single extended shift, our daily production capacity reaches 9 tons. Should demand increase, we are fully equipped to scale operations efficiently by adding additional shifts, allowing us to accommodate larger volumes without compromising quality or consistency. This combination of cutting-edge technology and flexible production ensures that our products consistently meet the expectations of both our domestic and international customers.

2009

The Beginning

It all started at home with a simple blender and a big dream: to share the incredible taste and quality of açaí—the very first product we created, which inspired the name Açaí Verão.

2010

First Factory

With determination, we opened our first factory and, in just three years, tripled our customer base, turning a small idea into a growing business.

2016

Evolution & Innovation

An angel investor joined our mission, fueling innovation across the company. We expanded our factory, professionalized our teams, and reimagined our products—more fruit pulp, less sugar, no artificial coloring, and our own natural guaraná syrup. Every change reflected our commitment to quality, health, and taste.

2017

Pioneering Steps

We made history by launching Brazil’s first zero-sugar açaí, sweetened with Stevia, and transformed our retail vision into the Açaí Verão franchise model, bringing our unique concept to more people.

2018-2019

International Expansion

Our vision went global: Japan became our first overseas market, we earned FDA certification, and received organic certifications for Brazil, the USA, and Europe.

2020-2021

Global Growth

Strengthened by an amazing team, we expanded to the USA, UK, Germany, Portugal, and Greece, sharing the taste, quality, and innovation of Açaí Verão worldwide.

2022-2024

Product Diversification

We broadened our portfolio with exciting new creams and sorbets—Vegan Cupuaçu Cream, Pitaya Sorbet, Graviola Sorbet, and Tapioca with Coconut Cream—bringing more variety and delight to our customers.

2023-2025

Continued Expansion

Our journey continues across continents, entering Paraguay, Uruguay, and Israel, solidifying our global presence.
